If you're selling your home, I'll work closely with you on the pricing and keep you up to date with weekly phone calls/updates. Our marketing plan to sell your home is comprehensive but also specific to you and your home! We'll identify your "best buyer" and then advertise online to folks who we think are willing to pay top dollar for you home. The results are more showings, better offers and less time on market!
